Key Responsibilities
- Conduct community outreach and awareness activities for refugees and vulnerable groups.
- Support the implementation of ICLA (Information, Counselling and Legal Assistance) activities.Assist beneficiaries with legal information, referrals, and communication support.
- Maintain accurate beneficiary records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate community meetings, awareness sessions, and outreach campaigns.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for field activities.
- Ensure proper follow-up of beneficiary concerns and feedback mechanisms.
- Support data collection, case tracking, and reporting activities.
- Work closely with field staff, local authorities, and community representatives.
- Promote protection principles, confidentiality, and respect for beneficiaries at all times.
- Ensure compliance with NRC policies, donor regulations, and humanitarian standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Law, International Relations, Development Studies, or related fields.
- Previous experience in community outreach, NGO operations, or humanitarian work is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good administrative and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of refugee protection, legal assistance, or donor compliance is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and in multicultural environments.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an asset.
