MIDROC Gold Mine PLC is seeking motivated and capable candidates to participate in a machine operator training program. Selected applicants will receive training and later be deployed to operate different heavy machines used in the mining development project.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the machine operator training program provided by MIDROC Gold Mine PLC.
- Assist senior machine operators in operating heavy equipment used in mining operations.
- Learn and apply proper machine operation techniques and safety procedures.
- Perform daily equipment inspection before and after machine operation.
- Report any mechanical problems, damages, or safety issues to supervisors immediately.
- Follow company health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Support mining development activities by operating machinery efficiently after training.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned equipment.
- Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Be willing to work long hours and in different operational areas of the mining project.
Requirements
- Education: Level II or 10+2 in Automotive Technology or a related field
- License: Valid Machine Driving License (Level VI or related)
- Experience: No work experience required
- Age: Not more than 35 years
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding mining environments
- Willing to work long hours in different operational areas
