The Graduate Trainee will support the Bank’s day-to-day operations and contribute to delivering high-quality banking services to customers. The trainee will participate in structured training programs designed to build strong knowledge of banking products, customer service standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
The role involves assisting customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies. The trainee will also support branch staff in record keeping, document verification, and digital banking services.
#Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Management
- Business Administration
- Accounting
- Economics
- Marketing Management
- Banking & Finance
- Or other related fields
#Additional Requirements:
- CGPA 2.75 and above
- Only 2024 & 2025 graduates can apply
- Age less than 25 years
- Exit Exam result 50% and above
- COC (Level IV) is mandatory
- No work experience required

#Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline customer service at the branch.
- Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
- Support daily banking operations and transaction processing accurately.
- Maintain proper documentation and record keeping.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Promote digital banking services and bank products to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Work closely with branch staff to achieve service and performance targets.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect customer information.
- Participate in training programs and continuously improve banking knowledge and skills.
