   Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the distribution of pharmaceutical products to hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
    Ensure proper stock management, including inventory control, tracking, and timely replenishment of medicines.
    Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales, deliveries, and stock movements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and suppliers.
  • Monitor product availability and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Support procurement activities by following up on orders, imports, and supplier communications.
  • Conduct regular market assessments to identify customer needs and business opportunities.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceuticals according to safety guidelines.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, stock status, and operational activities.
  • Assist in achieving company targets by supporting sales and marketing activities.
    Handle customer inquiries and provide professional service and product information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and service delivery.

  Requirements

  •  Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
  • Pharmacy
  • Druggist / Pharmaceutical Technology
  • Health Sciences
  • Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Work Experience
  • Minimum 0–4 years of relevant experience (depending on position level)
  • Experience in pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, or healthcare supply chain is an advantage
