Associate Director

Job Summary
ABH Partners PLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director – Alliance Medical Solutions to lead the sales, import, and operational management of medical equipment. The role focuses on driving business growth, managing international partnerships, and ensuring efficient logistics and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sales and importation of medical equipment and healthcare solutions
• Develop and manage relationships with international clients, suppliers, and partners
  Oversee logistics, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance processes
• Coordinate installation, maintenance, and technical support operations
• Supervise and mentor teams to ensure high performance and productivity
• Identify new market opportunities and implement business growth strategies
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and industry regulations
• Contribute to the development of long-term business strategies and expansion plans
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, alliances, and new product lines
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operations, and financial outcomes
• Drive innovation and efficiency across all operational areas

   Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in medical equipment sales, healthcare solutions, or import/export operations
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and regulatory compliance
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and complex projects
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with international partners and multicultural teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management tools
