Job Summary
The Consortium Manager will lead a multi-partner humanitarian project aimed at supporting displaced communities. The role focuses on strategic leadership, program delivery, risk management, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. The position requires strong coordination with government bodies, NGOs, and international donors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multi-partner consortium projects
- Oversee program strategy, implementation, and delivery
- Ensure risk management and donor compliance standards are met
- Manage project budgets, resources, and financial oversight
- Supervise and support team members across multiple locations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Coordinate effectively with government institutions, NGOs, and donors
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of humanitarian work experience
- At least 3+ years in team management or leadership roles
- Strong experience in project and multi-location program management
- Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Amharic, Arabic, or French is an advantage)
