Job Summary
Ethio Tebib General Hospital is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled Senior Professional Nurses to join its growing healthcare team. Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Care and Patient Management
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized patient care plans.
- Provide high-quality nursing care based on established clinical guidelines and standards.
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly identify changes requiring medical intervention.
- Administer medications, intravenous therapies, blood transfusions, and treatments accurately and safely.
- Assist physicians and specialists during examinations, procedures, and emergency interventions.
- Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharge processes efficiently.
- Ensure continuity of care through proper patient handovers and documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- BSc Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- 2–5 years of relevant clinical nursing experience.
- Valid Professional Nursing License.
- Training in BLS, ACLS, or related certifications is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Experience in hospital settings is highly preferred.
