The position is responsible for delivering high-quality technical and operational support within the health bureau. The role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring health-related services, ensuring compliance with national standards, and contributing to improved public health outcomes.

   Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support in the implementation of health programs and services.
  • Participate in planning, organizing, and executing departmental activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record-keeping of assigned tasks.
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service outcomes.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to government policies, health guidelines, and safety standards.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff when required.
  • Handle client/patient interactions professionally and ethically.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • BSC degree in Pharmacy
  • Minimum of 0 years (entry-level) or relevant experience as specified.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, reporting).
  • Good understanding of health service procedures and ethics.
