The position is responsible for delivering high-quality technical and operational support within the health bureau. The role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring health-related services, ensuring compliance with national standards, and contributing to improved public health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in the implementation of health programs and services.
- Participate in planning, organizing, and executing departmental activities.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record-keeping of assigned tasks.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service outcomes.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to government policies, health guidelines, and safety standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff when required.
- Handle client/patient interactions professionally and ethically.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- BSC degree in Pharmacy
- Minimum of 0 years (entry-level) or relevant experience as specified.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, reporting).
- Good understanding of health service procedures and ethics.
